Set on Banks Channel, this second home was designed for a family that entertains year-round. The vision started with a modern radius staircase the homeowner discovered in a South African design publication, and came to life in collaboration with Lisle Architecture & Design, Inc. To honor the traditional neighborhood, the front of the home features Eastern white cedar and classic lines—while the back reveals a bold, modern contrast with curved glass and smooth stucco, opening up to expansive water views
