This new build replaced an older home and was designed to be both comfortable and ideal for entertaining. It serves as a second home for an Atlanta-based family with college-aged children, with room to grow as their family expands. The layout allows for an easy transition to a primary residence in the future. Windows were strategically placed to capture unobstructed views of Banks Channel, the Intracoastal, Mason’s Inlet, and the Atlantic.
